Lt. Col Humphrey Makuyana (Rtd.) is an accomplished Corporate Governance Professional Practitioner, and a Business Consultant with a strong academic background and extensive experience in strategic management, corporate governance, and financial management. He saved in the Defence Forces at senior level in administration, finance and procurement positions over 25 years. He holds a Master of Commerce degree in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance, a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting degree, and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Governance and Accounting.(CGI) (Former CIS). Humphrey also possesses a Post Grad. Diploma in Forensic Investigative Auditing and a Diploma in Business Administration, demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional development; and expertise in diverse areas of business operations.
As the Managing Director of Panhard Trading and Marketing, a Business Consultancy company, Humphrey has successfully led the company through various market challenges, driving growth and innovation. His leadership is characterized by a strategic vision, a keen practising of good corporate governance, and a dedication to ethical business practices. With a solid foundation in both accounting and forensic auditing, he ensures that Panhard Trading and Marketing operates with high standards of integrity and accountability.

Beauty Nyaradzai Chigora
Board Deputy Chairperson
Mrs Chigora is an Human Resources expert who has worked in both the public and private sector. She has previously worked for Amalgamated Motor Coporation (AMC), Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe (MCAZ), Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Ministry of Health and Childcare and the Ministry of Defence. She holds a Bachelor of Science Honours in Sociology, Higher Diploma in Human Resources and a National Certificate in Business Studies. She is now retired and is now an Human Resources Consultant. She is the current Consumer Council of Zimbabwe (CCZ) Chairperson for Harare Metropolitan Province.

Sikhethiwe Gomwe
Board Member
Ms Gomwe is a finance expert with over 25 years experience in banking locally and internationally. She has held leadership roles in 3 banks in Zimbabwe and currently working for a bank in Toronto Canada. Special areas of expertise are Credit Risk Management and Structured Finance for commercial businesses.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the University of Zimbabwe, an Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Graduate School of Management Zimbabwe, Diploma in Credit Management, Executive Certificate on Risk Management, Certificate in Corporate Governance and various other professional designations locally and abroad.

Lloyd Mazivarimwe
Board Member
Mr Mazivarimwe holds a Bachelor of Law degree (distinction) from Fort Hare University and a master’s in International Studies from Seoul National University. He also holds several certificates in various fields including but not limited to environmental law, climate law, and sports law. He has over 13 years of experience as a government lawyer.

Ntokozo Nyoni
Board Member
Mr Nyoni is in the construction sector and is currently the Managing Director of Twin Tips Civil Engineering and he is also Project Manager on a part time basis for Christian Care Zimbabwe. He has previously worked for Phone World (Pvt) Ltd and Ultra Construction. He holds a Diploma in Marketing and is currently studying towards Project Management. He is the current Chairperson of CCZ Matebeleland Region.

Prosper Muzambi

Mr Muzambi is the current Chairperson of CCZ Masvingo province. He is a PhD candidate in Theology and Development with the University of KwaZulu Natal and holds an honours degree in Religious Studies as well as a Master of Arts in Religious Studies both from UZ. Mr Muzambi is a published author and he is currently a senior lecturer at Great Zimbabwe University. Mr Muzambi is also a cleric with the Anglican church

Mr Kepton Keppie Manyongo

Mr Manyongo is the current Chairperson of Midlands Province. Mr Manyongo is a retired lecturer having taught at Midlands State University (MSU), Mkoba Teachers College, UCE and regionally at Lusaka Technical Institute, Zambia and Nothern Technical College, Zambia. Mr Manyongo has served on various boards which include Red Cross Zimbabwe, Non-State Actors Forum and Zimbabwe Decentralization Program. He holds a diploma in education, physics, Bachelors in education, physics and a post grad in education and media technology.

Esther Samudzi

Mrs Samudzi is an entrepreneur based in Mutare and is the current Chairperson of Manicaland Province. She is a consumer advocate and is renowned for creation of many Consumer Action Clubs in Manicaland Province.

Mrs Rosemary Chikarakara Mpofu

Mrs Rosemary Mpofu is the Chief Executive Officer of the Consumer Council of Zimbabwe and the first female Chairperson of the Standards Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ), which is the National Standards Body affiliated to International Standards Organization (ISO). Mrs Mpofu’s illustrious career, in the public and private sector spans over 24 years and she also serves on various Boards, Committees and National Taskforce. She is a Commissioner at Consumer Protection Commission.
In 2003 she was elected by Consumers International to serve as a Board member. She has also represented Consumer Council of Zimbabwe (CCZ) with distinction on national, regional and international platforms The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA), Southern Africa Development Community (SADC), African Organization for Standardization (ARSO), ISO/COPOLCO, Consumers International (CI) establishing broad contacts in Government, Private sector and Civil Society.
